Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation and Payment
1. All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. We accept payment through our secure online booking system or by other agreed-upon methods like debit cards, UPI payment methods, credit cards, etc.
3. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
3. No-shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the booking.
4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method of payment used for the booking.
Changes to Booking
1. Changes to your booking, including amendments to dates or accommodation type, may be subject to availability and additional charges.
2. We reserve the right to refuse any modifications to bookings within [number] days of the scheduled arrival date.
Check-in and Check-out
1. Check-in time is from 2.00 pm onwards, and check-out time is by 11.00 am. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, additional charges may be applicable.
2. Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in.
Guest Responsibility
1. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during the stay and will be charged accordingly.
2. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services to guests who violate our policies or behave in a manner deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
