1. Cancellations with seven days or less notice will be charged a 100% Penalty. Cancellations prior to seven days in advance of check-in are entitled to a Full Refund.
2. From 24th Dec to 3rd Jan all bookings made are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations with 14 days or less notice for Long Weekend bookings will be charged 100% penalty. Long weekends for the next year: 2nd Nov – 4th Nov, 9th Nov – 11th Nov, 22nd Dec to 24th Dec, 21st Mar to 24th Mar,  19th Apr – 21st Apr, 15th Aug – 18th Aug, 31st Aug – 2nd Sep.

Casa Britona & Casa Colvale:-

1. Cancellations with 15 days or less notice will be charged a 100% Penalty. Cancellations prior to seven days in advance of check-in are entitled to a Full Refund.
2. From 24th Dec to 3rd Jan all bookings made are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations with 21 days or less notice for Long Weekend bookings will be charged 100%
