1. A 100% penalty will apply to cancellations made with less than seven days' notice. If you cancel before seven days before check-in, you will receive a full refund within a period of 05 to 07 working days.
2. From 24th Dec to 3rd Jan all bookings made are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations with 14 days or less notice for Long Weekend bookings will be charged 100% penalty.
Casa Britona, Casa Colvale and Casa Bhimtal:-
1. A 100% penalty will apply to cancellations made with less than fifteen days' notice. If you cancel before fifteen days before check-in, you will receive a full refund within a period of 05 to 07 working days.
2. From 24th Dec to 3rd Jan all bookings made are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations with 21 days or less notice for Long Weekend bookings will be charged 100%.
